All Old Stoics and Staff are invited to return to Stowe for Old Stoic Day, our annual  opportunity to gather with friends from years gone by and explore old haunts within the  School, including Boarding and Day Houses, classrooms and, of course, Chapel, where this year we will hear a special eulogy from Dr Anthony Wallersteiner remembering Former Headmaster, Christopher Turner.

Old Stoics celebrating a significant anniversary year will be invited to gather with their year group for the day, but all Old Stoics are welcome to attend with their families. An informal lunch will be served in the State Rooms and afternoon activities will include tours of the Mansion and Landscape Garden and watching sports matches. 

We hold a number of reunions on this day, including 25th, 30th, 40th, 50th and 60th anniversaries and normally welcome many Old Stoics and guests for the occasion. Those celebrating an anniversary will receive an invitation to attend.

Excitingly, Old Stoic Day co-incides with Heritage Open Week this year, meaning that the Gothic Temple will be open for pre-booked visits during the day.
