The band secured their place through the highly competitive Hot Vox ‘Isle of Wight Festival New Blood’ competition, which saw more than 5,000 bands from across the UK enter. Just two acts were selected, placing The Prior among the most outstanding emerging talents on the scene.
The Isle of Wight Festival remains one of the UK’s most iconic live music events, and the New Blood stage is dedicated to showcasing the very best up-and-coming artists. For Ruby and her bandmates, this represents a remarkable opportunity to perform in front of a major festival audience and gain industry exposure at an early stage in their careers.
